Policies and Procedures
Memberships
1. New members must pay a $400 application fee and $200 initiation when signing up for membership.
2. All members will have the 3 options for paying dues, monthly by automatic withdrawal, semi-annual or annual. All fees will be set yearly by the Board of Directors.
Guests
1. A member may bring up to 3 guests to play golf each visit. More guests can be permitted with advance approval from the manager. Each guest will pay the normal green fees and cart rental.
2. All guests will be expected to follow the club’s rules.
Green fee play
1. Greens fee play without a member in a group will be allowed during slow times at the discretion of the Club manager. Normally that would be Monday – Friday during off-peak hours.
2. Small outings can be worked into normal play as long as it does not cause course to be closed. These outings must be approved by the Manager.
Private Carts
1. Private cart owners trail fees will be raised only when regular cart fees are increased and they will be done on the same percentage.
2. Members and guests who ride in a private cart will be charged ½ of the normal cart rental fee.
Cart Cards and Season passes
1. Cart cards will be sold from January 1 until March 31 each year. When a member buys 40 (9) hole cart rentals in advance they will receive 10 free on the card.
2. Season passes will be evaluated on a yearly basis. Price and availability will be decided each year by the Board of Directors. Pass holders will be required (when playing in same group) to ride 2 in a cart whenever possible to cut down on costs for the club.
Pool Passes
1. Pool passes will be evaluated by the board of directors on a yearly basis. Season pool passes will be limited and could be discontinued at the end of any year.
Employees
1. Salaried employees will be hired and evaluated by the Board of Directors.
2. Tim Day will hire and evaluate his staff for grounds keeping.
3. Daryl Landrum will hire and evaluate the pool manager and all pro shop staff.
4. The pool manager will hire, train and evaluate the lifeguards.
5. Full time employees will not be allowed to have any immediate family member on the board of directors at any time. * Immediate family members would be grandparents, parents, sisters, brothers, or children.
Super senior members
1. Members who have been a member of Eagle Creek Country Club for 25 consecutive years and are 75 years old will be given super senior status and not be required to pay membership dues.
2. Also members who are 80 years old and have been a member for 5 consecutive years will be given super senior status.
