A golf outing, open to the public, supporting the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne, 1st Division, 320th Field Artillery Regiment based at Fort Campbell Kentucky, will be hosted at Eagle Creek Country Club, in Crittenden, on Friday June 10, 2011. The event is being held by the cities of Crescent Springs, Erlanger, Lakeside Park and Villa Hills in conjunction with the American Supporting Americans (ASA) Adopt-a-Unit program. The event is open to all golfers who want to support the 320th Field Artillery of the 101st Airborne.
The registration fee of $75 per golfer, or $300 per foursome, includes green and cart fees, snack, your choice of a steak or chicken dinner, drinks and prizes for team winners, longest drive, closest to the pin and longest putt for men and women. Registration information is available in the proshop at Eagle Creek Country Club, by clicking here or by phone at 859-816-1516.
Representatives of the 320th Field Artillery Regiment of the 101st Airborne are expected to be on hand. The ASA believes that a strong supportive connection between the young men and women of our armed forces and the civilian communities they serve is crucial to troop morale. All proceeds go toward troop support activities for the battalion and families.
