Florence, Lawrence and Mulford Elected to Board

At the members annual meeting, Doug Lawrence and Debbie Mulford were re-elected, and Joe Florence was newly elected to the Board of Directors for three year terms.  Dave Shepherd was chosen by the Board to continue as President.  Continuing on the Board are Scott Arnold, Marcus Camacho, Jeff Clair, Don Scalf, Dave Shepherd and Kevin Wright.

Daryl Landrum announced his resignation effective December 31.

In the special meeting, the by-law amendment that requires members to be present at a meeting to be able to vote, ending the use of proxies, passed.

MEMBERSHIP MEETING and Membership Day August 16

Eagle Creek Country Club’s Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday August 16 at 7:15 pm.  There will be an election of three directors to each serve a three-year term.

There will be a Special Meeting of the Membership at 6:45 pm on Saturday August 16, to vote on a by-law change that would allow a member to only vote in person and would eliminate voting by proxy.

8 am  Golf Shamble $20 entry fee includes cart. 
           Sign up by 4 pm August 15 in pro shop.
Noon  Pool Activities Begin
1:30 pm  Husband/Wife Golf Championship.
           Sign by by noon August 16.
4:45 pm  Pool Closes
6:45 pm  Special Meeting (proxy issue)
7:15 pm  ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
7:45 pm  Luau begins, steak dinner served. 
               $25 per couple, sign-up and pay in pro shop by 6 pm Aug.14.
