Northern Kentucky University senior, and Eagle Creek golfer, Carl Hays finished strong in the NCAA DII Men’s Golf Great Lakes Regionals at Findlay, Ohio. Hays even par 72 in the final round moved him up to 4th place in the region, finishing at 3-over par (75-71-72 – 218). With only two players in the field breaking par on Wednesday, Hays effort helped the NKU men secure a fourth place finish in a strong and balanced regional field. At the NCAA DII Women’s East Regional in Allendale, Michigan, NKU senior, and Eagle Creek golfer, Alicia Lawrence (78-78-87 -243) finished tenth.
